Ordered a bouquet for the day at 12:00 with delivery the next day from 11:00 to 13:00. I chose a bouquet on the website, paid online for flowers and delivery, called the store, they confirmed that the order was received and the delivery address was confirmed. The next day at 13:00, when the bouquet was to be delivered, I got a call from the store and said that they do not have roses of this color. For lack of other options, I chose another color of roses. They confirmed to me that the bouquet would be delivered within an hour. An hour and a half later, I get another call from the store and say that their courier will not go to deliver, because to go 30 minutes, and it's far away and they will send my bouquet in an Uber cab. The cab driver supposedly has to contact me and I have to meet him, even though they were told it was a gift and I'm out of town. After my outrage they somehow found a courier and sent it. If a customer said they need a 1pm delivery, it is only convenient for them to take the order at that time. Changing the delivery time and color of roses when they should already be delivered is not a good idea. I suggest a little more organization in this area. I give 5 stars because the bouquet was beautiful.
I placed an order with Luna Flowers to send my daughter a birthday bouquet. The outstanding service and high quality of their flowers will definitely have me coming back for future orders! The person who helped me over the phone walked me through some options and made exceptional recommendations for what I was looking for. I should have asked for her name because she was extremely sweet and so accommodating. When my daughter received the delivery, she was beyond ecstatic as to how GORGEOUS the arrangement was! She's received flowers before but nothing like these! If you need flowers that exude Luxury and Opulence for a very reasonable and affordable price, this AMAZING BUSINESS will take great care of you.
